Wild Soul Cacao Facilitator Apprenticeship

Thank you for feeling called toward this apprenticeship. This page will guide you through the application process with clarity and ease.
The apprenticeship is intimate, deep, and shamanic in nature —
and for this reason, it’s important that we both feel a true energetic “yes.”

Before You Apply
Please take a moment to check in with yourself:

Do you have some experience in holding space (yoga, circles, groups, healing, coaching, therapy, etc.)?

Do the in-person dates in Totnes work for you?

Do you have the emotional and energetic capacity for an 8-week transformational journey?

Do you feel a genuine call toward cacao, ceremony, and inner work?

Are you able to commit to the container with integrity and presence?

If your body or heart is giving you a warm “yes,” you’re welcome to move forward.
The application process is designed to be simple, spacious and supportive.
Step 1 — Complete the Application Form
You’ll be asked a mix of practical and soul-led questions, so I can get a sense of your experience, your intentions, and what is calling you toward cacao.

Step 2 — Send a Confirmation Email
Once you submit the form, please email me:

with a short message letting me know you have applied. This ensures your application is received and opens our first moment of connection.
Step 3 — Exploration Call (45 minutes)
If your application feels aligned, I will invite you to a gentle Exploration Call.
This is not an interview — it’s a mutual sensing.
We will:

Speak about the apprenticeship rhythm

Feel whether it’s the right container for you

Answer any questions that you have

If it is a full “yes” for both of us, you will be invited to join the Spring 2026 Intake.

Step 4 — Securing Your Place
A non-refundable deposit of £333 secures your space.
You may then choose to pay the remainder in full or through a payment plan.
