A Soul Retrieval is a guided shamanic journey that enables you to retrieve fragmented parts of yourself that may have split off due to a past traumatic experience. By retrieving these parts, you regain your beautiful glowing life force, which in turn brings you more energy, vitality and positivity to your life.
Soul parts can split off at any point in your life, whether it be at birth, during childhood or adulthood, often when you experience something heavily shocking, upsetting or traumatising. Some examples would be: any type of childhood abuse, sexual abuse, relationship break downs, death of loved ones, birth trauma (whether giving birth or your own birth) physical abuse, emotional abuse, physical accidents or injuries - plus many many other types of traumatic experiences.

Inviting in Cacao

I recommend combining the medicine of Cacao with the Soul Retrieval Journey, to support my clients in softening and opening their hearts to the healing that they are seeking. Cacao helps to relax the nervous system, open the emotional heart and support in the release of tears and emotion that may be causing a blockage within.
​
Each session would begin with a Cacao Ceremony to set an intention for the Soul Retrieval, ground into the body and open the heart and mind. We would then flow into the Shamanic Journey from there, and I will be with you as a strong, grounding presence throughout.

Where Would Your
Soul Retrieval Be Held?
I hold all of my client sessions inside a beautiful Yurt, in the very heart of Totnes, Devon. This sacred space is surrounded by abundant nature, honey bees, flowers and a gentle river flowing at the bottom of the garden. There is a log burner to keep the space cosy, and lots of soft blankets, cushions and sheep skins for comfort.
